Update Your User Profile

To update your Genesis user profile:

  1. Go to your Account Settings, located in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Edit Profile, located in the top-right corner of the Your Account page.
  4. Make any desired changes to your name, email address, and phone number, and then click Edit Info. Note: An email verification will be sent to your new email address, if updated, when you submit your changes.

You’ve updated your Genesis user profile information.

Change Your Password

To change your account password:

  1. Go to your Account Settings, located in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Change Password, located in the top-right corner of the Your Account page.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, and then press Continue.

You’ve successfully changed your password.

Forgot Your Password

If you ever forget your password, you can reset it yourself using the email address on file for your account.

To reset your password:

  1. From the Genesis login screen, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email address on file for your account, and then click Send.
  3. You’ll receive an email from Whiteblock with a link and instructions for resetting your password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, and then click Reset Password.

You’ve successfully changed your password.

Update Payment Information

Team Members in your Organization with the Role of Administrator or Owner can makes changes to the payment information on file.

To update your payment information:

  1. Go to your Account Settings, located in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the left sidebar, click Billing. Your billing and payment information page appears.
  4. Select your card on file to update your payment method or add a new one.

You’ve updated your payment information.

Cancel Your Account

Users can cancel their Genesis plan at any time.

To cancel your Genesis plan:

  1. Go to your Account Settings, located in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the left sidebar, click Billing. Your billing and payment information page appears.
  4. Click Cancel membership at the bottom of the page to submit a cancellation request.

You’ve requested your Genesis account cancellation.
